Harlem River Point South is a 14-story residential building comprised of 140 low income dwelling units.  Located on East 131st Street and Lexington Avenue.  Building Amenities include laundry facilities, bicycle storage and a rooftop terrace.  The large tenant courtyard includes seating, plantings, hardscape, play spaces for children and a sound wall blocking noise from the Harlem River Drive.
