Soundview Family and Soundview Senior

Soundview Family and Soundview Senior are low income developments located next to the 205 acre Soundview Park in the Bronx.  Soundview Family is an 8 story, 132,000 square foot building housing 120 families.  The building features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to accommodate families of different sizes.  Soundview Senior features 86 1 bedroom units for low income seniors.  The site was awarded by the NYCHA through an RFP and the project was financed by Tax-Exempt Bonds, Low Income Housing Credits and City Capital.
