Soundview Family and Soundview Senior

Soundview Family and Soundview Senior are low-income developments located next to the 205 acre Soundview Park in the Bronx.  Soundview Family is an 8-story, 132,000 square foot building housing 120 families.  The building features 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments to accommodate families of different sizes.  Soundview Senior features 86 1-bedroom units for low-income seniors.  The project was awarded by the NYCHA.  The project was financed by Tax-Exempt Bonds, Low Income Housing Credits and City Capital.
