The Beach is a 24-story building, and will contain 338 residential units ranging in size from studio to four bedrooms. Select units will have private outdoor terraces.  Amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, sprawling waterfront courtyard with a pool, sun deck, lounge seating and grilling stations, state of the art fitness center, private fitness and yoga studio, roof top lounge, private outdoor dog run and children’s playroom.
