The Beach is made up of 3 buildings, the tallest being 24 stories.  There will be 338 residential units ranging on size from studio to four bedroom, a few will have private outdoor terraces.  Amenities include 24 hour doorman and concierge, sprawling waterfront courtyard with a pool, sun deck, lounge seating and grilling stations, state of the art fitness center, private fitness and yoga studio, roof top lounge, private outdoor dog run and children’s playroom.
